Grand Lake Sunset
The twilight's crimson glow over south Grand Lake, captured outside our lake house in June 2018. The soft glow reminds me how precious is each day.
On the Big Island
The tropical forests on the southeast side of the Big Island of Hawaii are the backdrop for this picture of Cindy and me. What a lovely place!

Near our home in Tuttle, I captured this image near the end of a neighborhood walk with my wife Cindy one evening.
Getting to the Little Island
While on a field trip to the Wichita Mountains one day around 2006, these kiddos spotted an island (of sorts) and I gave them the go-ahead to get to it. What pure joy!
On the Rock
Behind our home in Tuttle was a small pond. A large red sandstone rock occupied a strategic spot, where three of grandkids could sit and survey their surroundings.

One of my grandkids discovered what its like to sit under a small waterfall, located at Little Blue State Park in Disney, Oklahoma.
After the Storm

On the Narrows Trail
One sunny summer day, I took these boys to the Wichita Mountains where we hiked the Narrows Trail and had a wonderful time!
Midnight Swim
Well it wasn't midnight, but it was getting dark. These kiddos enjoyed a swim not far from our Grand Lake boat dock, as the sun set at the end of a fun-filled day.

At Disney Beach

Captain Jerry Dan
I never capsized the boat, or ran aground or into any person (or vessel). So as a captain, I think I did a pretty good job. I sure was happy in this photo!
Tubing the Grand
Part of my captain duties involved piloting the boat while towing a tube. Sometimes I let someone else drive so I could get a few photos.
